Shipping rates
We only have one option for shipping it's a flat rate of $13 for anywhere in Australia, and $15 flat rate for New Zealand , all other countries shipping rate will be $25 and all shipping will be done via Australia post.
Shipping and handling timelines
All orders will be dispatched within 5 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays. While I will always aim to push these orders out quickly it is just me, I’m a one man team!
Please note Preorder items will be dispatched within 3 to 5 weeks.
You will receive a notification email with tracking numbers when your order has shipped.
Shipping delays
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. We can help contact Australia post and find out what’s happened. Faulty, damaged, missing, or undelivered items.
Faulty Items
If you believe there is fault with your product, please contact barkerscreekclothingco@gmail.com within 5 days of the item's arriving. Do not remove the tag otherwise you will not be guaranteed a refund. If you could send photos of the faulty item when you contact us.
